Dror Varsano suggested that Keftes or Fritas De Prasa (Leek Patties) and Masapan – Sephardic Marzipan were Varsano Family traditional foods served in Bulgaria and Israel. He shares memories of those delicious dishes.

My mother served Fritas De Prasa at Rosh Hashanah and Pesach. The whole family would eagerly wait for the delicious fritters in between the two holidays.
